4. Shipping, Delivery & Frozen Products

We ship perishable and time-sensitive products using express or insulated shipping methods.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Bringing delivered frozen products indoors promptly

  • Following food-safety handling guidelines

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or failure to retrieve delivered items in a timely manner.

By entering your phone number during checkout or otherwise providing it to us, you agree to receive transactional SMS text messages related to your order, including:

  • Out-for-delivery alerts

  • Delivery confirmations

  • Delivery exceptions or delays

These messages are strictly non-marketing and are sent to ensure timely delivery of frozen or perishable goods.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, refunds and replacements are evaluated case-by-case.
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

7. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools or software (such as Shopify, ShipStation, Twilio, Make.com, and shipping carriers).
You acknowledge that we provide access to these tools “as is” and without warranties.
