Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ketchikan Sam’s, we take pride in shipping premium wild Alaskan seafood with care. Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. We cannot accept returned seafood products for resale or exchange.

Refunds and Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, we want to hear about it and make it right when appropriate.

Please contact us at info@ketchikansams.com as soon as possible, and no later than 3 days after delivery, if:

  • your order arrives damaged
  • you receive the wrong item
  • your product arrives in unsafe condition
  • there is a quality issue with the product

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the problem
  • clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

If your claim is approved, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • a refund to your original payment method
  • store credit
  • a replacement product, if available

Shipping Condition Note

Because our seafood is shipped cold and frozen, products may arrive partially thawed or soft but still cold. This does not always mean the product is unsafe or defective. If your order arrives warm, leaking, badly damaged, or otherwise compromised, please contact us right away.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@ketchikansams.com. We may be able to cancel and refund an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Ketchikan Sam’s is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
