This is REAL smoked salmon, not the factory slop you find at the store.
If you grew up in a fishing family you miss the real deal, and this is the real deal. I bought a case thinking I would share some as gifts and when it arrived I instantly changed my mind ... these are all for me! I'll have to get more for gifts. The salmon is perfectly smoked and sweetened - the cod is unbelievably tender. It all melts in my mouth! If you can tear a piece from my hands long enough to prepare a meal, it makes a decadent smoked salmon chowder; a fragrant smoked salmon spread; amazing topping for salmon pizza; and just a little salmon with cheese is a wonderful afternoon lunch. You can also build an absolutely killer charcuterie board. We freeze the salmon skins and save them as little treats for our dogs who wait worshipfully for their royal snack. The cod skin is delicate and good to eat. Shipping was beautiful and secure and the fish was nice and cold upon arrival. Looking forward to being a repeat, lifelong customer.

Yes. Every fillet we smoke comes from wild, sustainably caught Alaskan fish, sourced through local, responsible fisheries. That’s the only way we do it.

We do! We ship anywhere in the United States! Each order is packed with care to ensure it stays fresh, chilled, and delicious when it arrives.
How should I store the smoked fish?
Our smoked fish will arrive frozen and should stay frozen until it is going to be eaten.

No, our fish is ready to eat and vacuum packed, but not shelf-stable. Please keep it frozen until you’re ready to enjoy it.
