The smoked salmon and black cod were truly amazing.
Tender. Delicious. Smokey. Melt in your mouth. Mouth watering. My mouth is watering now just thinking about it. In dip, it is just as good. Smoked salmon dip is something everyone should eat. You could eat this stuff like candy all day long. Completely worth it and it's amazing.

This is REAL smoked salmon, not the factory slop you find at the store.
If you grew up in a fishing family you miss the real deal, and this is the real deal. I bought a case thinking I would share some as gifts and when it arrived I instantly changed my mind ... these are all for me! I'll have to get more for gifts. The salmon is perfectly smoked and sweetened - the cod is unbelievably tender. It all melts in my mouth! If you can tear a piece from my hands long enough to prepare a meal, it makes a decadent smoked salmon chowder; a fragrant smoked salmon spread; amazing topping for salmon pizza; and just a little salmon with cheese is a wonderful afternoon lunch. You can also build an absolutely killer charcuterie board. We freeze the salmon skins and save them as little treats for our dogs who wait worshipfully for their royal snack. The cod skin is delicate and good fo eat. Shipping was beautiful and secure and the fish was nice and cold upon arrival. Looking forward to being a repeat, lifelong customer.

The smoked black cod is SOOO good, with a perfect balance of salt and sweet. The salmon is a beautiful addition to any charcuterie board. I sent a box to friends in California and they received it after 1 business day!
